PRICES SHOWN ABOVE ARE FOR THE MAIN HOUSE ONLY. FOR OCCUPATION OF THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT, THERE IS A SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGE OF £325 PER WEEK. THE APARTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE WITHOUT BOOKING THE MAIN HOUSE.

Prices include pool maintenance and all services. Excludes out of season heating, additional pool heating and telephone calls.

We provide duvets, blankets, bed linen, pillows, tea towels and kitchen towels. For bookings of less than two weeks, the supply of bed linen carries a supplementary charge of £9 per person. Clients have the option of supplying their own linen if they prefer. However, you will need to bring your own bath towels and pool towels.

General information

The property is managed by John and Jean Taylor who are English and live locally. They will normally arrive early each morning to clean and generally prepare the swimming pool for your use. This is an ideal time for one of them to answer any queries you may have.

An information brochure is provided containing important addresses, telephone numbers (i.e. doctor etc.).

Comprehensive instructions on the operation of appliances are provided.

While previous hirers may have left toilet rolls and cleaning materials etc you should not be surprised to have to supply these yourself.

There is a telephone for your use - cost of calls will be deducted from the security deposit.

There will be a Welcome Pack provided for your arrival. (Milk, bread,butter, orange juice and a bottle of wine).
